    Exclamation What's wrong with me!!

    I tried creatine, and i'm so pissed it had no effect on me! none whatsoever! i cycled it correctly and even did the loading phase right. what is up with this? what's wrong with me?

    Creatine is a load of bullsh*t....personally i think its more hype than anything. But anyway, from what i know, in order for creatine to have any effect on someone, it needs to be taken in for like 5 weeks and cycled. Therefore, if you took it once or twice, its obvious your not going to see any changes.
    P.S. if your a teenager (or even an adult) you should avoid taking creating. Research shows that it will screw up your skeletel system big time, and there are a lot of adults getting cancer from it. Creatine hasnt been out long enough for people to know what the long term effects are, so dont be their guinnea pig.

    so what can i try instead of creatine that might have the same effects>??? And did it matter that the creatine was the GNC brand?

    before you take it make sure you diet and training are working good and giving you solid gains... then add the creatine...

    ummmm i saw some results from creatine right away for endurance...and size came shortly after but i have read that creatine only works for 80-90% of its users the others it doesnt...you must be one of the 10-20%...i guess that sucks for you o well if you want when you turn like 19 or older (assuming you arent already) you could always try prohormones and u'd get better results i bet although i've heard creatine is good between cycles...oh well sorry man i hope im wrong and u just bought a bad brand if thats so try prolab they have good products
