All I eat is tuna and veggies, with some oat meal once and a while, and Im wondering how much carbs is too much in a day. Im eating about 1200 calories a day, and I dont care if I lose muscle, I just wanna drop some fat fast.
100g carb minimum is acceptable for a low carb diet for hormonal reasons and to keep you out of ketosis though I'm not guarenteeing you won't feel ****ty with carbs that low.
