I usually measure before cooking because the amount of time it cooks(lost moisture) can affect it's weight while not changing the calorie amount

okay...the package says 4oz right? Divide the protein amount in four oz. by 4. Then Multiply that by 6 to know how much protein it is in 6oz.

It should be about 30-35g of protein in 6oz.

You measure meat raw...samething for rice.
    Davinci flavor oppinions:
    Banana-awesome
    Pancake-awesome
cookie dough-good (not sweet but has flavor)
German Chocolate Cake- good (sweet, not strong)
    PB- good(sweet, not strong flavor)
Gingerbread- good (taste like gingerale/no good on pancakes, okay in oatmeal)
Coconut- good. (has flavor..a tiny sweetness)
    Macadamia Nut- good/poor
Danish Pastry-good (if you like cookie dough you would like this)
    Blueberry-Awesome/good
