Black Beans

that by 2030, there should be a large elderly population with perky boobs and huge erections and absolutely no recollection of what to do with them.

Overall black beans are probably the best. High in fiber and they taste good, high in antioxidants, they can be used in chili or mixed with rice, mixed with tuna, the possiblities are endless

I like black beans and they are very good nutritionally. Black bean soup is one of my favorite dishes.
