Hi all, first time posting a thread in this section.
and yes i have done a few searches on different products
I want to know what people think is the best preworkout supplement. I was just going to use some normal creatine but decided to try something different.
I've never really been a big user of different supps apart from the basics so any advice would be appreciated.
I've had a look at a few different products:
Green Bulge
Green Mag
SizeOn
Animal Pump
Cellmass
What other similar products are out there, and are there any possible side effects. My doctor thinks i may have Irritable Bowel Syndrome and i don't want to take anything that could possibly upset my stomach or bowels....
Thanks in advance

Aussie aussie aussie!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am currently using a pre workout concoction which is 1 serve of Univeral storm (the best value creatine concoction on the market) and some Fubar pills (caffine/energy boost)
Really depends on your budget and your fitness goals as to which product I recommend however the above combination represents the best value and effectiveness in my book
Let me know if you have any questions

We'll I really like greenmag but I have heard of people getting upset stomachs from it. Personally I have never felt like that but I have seen it happen. You can split the dosage up per and post but if you want it all pre then GM might not be for you. Bulge might be a good choice as it is all pills and have not heard of anyone getting upset stomachs from it and it is very effective.
SizeOn is good also but remember that it is a during workout product.Si vis pacem, para bellum

OI OI OI
Universal Storm? hmm what's the cheapest price you've seen this going for?
I don't really want to spend anything over $85 (that's the cheapest i have seen animal pump for)
I have read good things about greenmag but i haven't seen it ANYWHERE on any Australian sites or in any stores. Ordering from bb.com isn't really an option for me.
Green Bulge is tempting, it's a fair bit cheaper than the other products i've seen.
Haven't seen SizeOn for less than $100(aud) or so.Horror movie thread

http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/univ/storm.html
1.81 Lbs. $49.95 $26.95 - 80 servings
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/clabs/mag.html
1.83 Lbs. $59.99 $39.99 - 80 servings
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/clabs/green.html
150 Capsules - 30 servings
$44.98 $25
You could import both to AUS without any customs issues for under the $80 mark. ( I have gotten both through without any dramas)
I have had both - exceptional results with both, couldnt really say one is better than the other, but personally I prefer the storm flavour and pricing is better

Yeah I have and I didn't like it. I received no energy whatsoever from it and decided that it wasn't the best option for me since I'd be paying for that part. I would much rather pay for a "plain" creatine product and pick up a separate pre-workout supp that actually worked for me.

I have also been looking at getting GB and stacking it with WB.
I used Animal Pump in the past and currently on my second tub now.
The stuff is great if you can motivate yourself without relying on a energy rush.
I personal feel the stuff get less and less potent.
GB and WB are going to be my next buy. Have you checked out the ausie eBay yet? I have to get all my supps from the british eBay.

I didn't realize that you had used creatine before. I always suggest that people start out with monohydrate to see how they react to it. It can be used as a base to judge other creatine products. It also happens to be the most proven form of creatine and the cheapest.
If you want to step up then by all means give Animal Pump a shot. It's one of my favorite supplements of all time. I love the flexibility that it allows as you can leave out the stims (all in the red pill) or not. The formula is great and I love the addition of antioxidants. I get nothing but consistently good workouts from it.Free Agent

Sounds good. Would there be any possible side effects from taking a supplement with no2?
Yeah lot of the ones on ebay here are around $12-15 for shipping.... that's so overpriced. Probably cost $5 usually.
Plus the prices without shipping are similar to the online stores in Aus.
Can't believe bb.com prices, they're great
Even after $26 shipping it still works out cheaper, that's what i call a bargain!Horror movie thread
