    Lightbulb Im stuck on 260 can somebody who knows tell me how can i increase

    i weigh 127 and bench 260. I want to get to 350 before i graduate in two years. I dont take any supplement and probably will not. Ive been stuck on 260 for 2.5 months. can somebody help me.

    What's your workouts like? How often do you change things up? I think the biggest reason why people's max stalls is because they are working too much chest and not enough of the other muscles involved. Triceps are a huge part of your bench press. Also other muscles like your lats and rotator cuff muscles play a big roll in benching. If your rotator cuffs are weak in comparising to your other muscles, especially chest, then your bench well suffer because of it.
