My overall goal is to get to 170 lbs with 10% bodyfat. 27" quads, 17" arms and 17" calves.
Short Term Goals
Also to break 405 lbs x 5 reps on deadlifts, 315 lbs x 5 reps on squat, 185 lbs x 5 military presses by years end.
Reason for this Log
I just wanted a place where I can put all my workouts and cardio sessions.
I will be doing supplements logs in the future. So I will be putting those here also. But for convenience I will be running a separate log for the supplement testing as well

Nice start once again. Sorry i didnt follow through with ur last one.. following logs is very hard for me and i always get sidetracked on something else!
What supplements are u using besides the basics? And dont worry aobut the strength loss when cutting.. when i was bulking up at school.. i was benching 285X6, i dont even think i can do that for 1 now lol.
But as you know.. it comes back
