Voted for you as well
I have only two regrets: I didn't shoot Henry Clay and I didn't hang John C. Calhoun.

Mari: in the picture that you referred us to in your opening post, where you are looking down in that pose, you remind me of Mira Sorvino!!!!
you are pretty as a picture and your skin texture is super!
it is obvious, that you train very hard......how about filling us in on some of your training routines?
and good luck in all your endeavors...

bdiesel- yes i was doing fitness than, there was no such thing as figure yet...i missed my pro card my first yr competeing by 4 points. but that would have been too soon anyway. i could never hang with the fitness routines. happy to be in figure now.
my training? well this is my split,
m-shoulders,abs
t-legs
w-back,abs
th-abs
fr-chest, abs
sat-bootcamp(hits everything including cardio big time) abs
yeah, i dont do much in the way of arms anymore, occasionally i'll throw some in, but spotting clients, and carying my daughter keep them worked. i'm trying to lose a bit of size there.
my general programs are made up of 6-8 diff exercises and i superset the hell out of em to keep moving. no more than 30 sec of rest between anything, unless i have to wait for a machine or wt.Mari Kudla
