This hasnt really been bothering me as much until the weight has been increasing.. but when i do bent over rows or whenever i have to stay bent over to do an excersise my lower back hurts like a bitch when i'm done.
So is my form not good or should i work out my lower back muscles? I'm just worried what will happen when i really go up in weight
I know exactly what you're talking about. Last night I just started doing them and the first set hurt my lower back like a bitch. The next sets I concentrated on straigtening my back and it helped 110% Try that and if it doesn't work see what a belt does.
1) warm up, with a light weight
2) keep ur back parrellel with the floor
3) slight bend in ur knees
4) pull the bar towards your abs, not your chest
5) do hyper extensions to strengthen your lower back
*BUMP* bobo the gud thing about deads and bent ova rows if you do pull ups after wards u feel alot lighter and u can do more i swear to god but u gotta use alot of weight, on the deads an bent ova rows
