Breakfast
Oatmeal w/ Banana
4 Egg Whites
Lunch
2 Slices Turkey <--- more protein
1 Slice fat free cheese <--- drop the cheese add a healthy fat source such as 1/4 cup of almonds
2 slices of potato bread <-- get whole wheat now!!!!
4 grape tomamtos <--- add green veggies if possible such as lettauce and cucumbers , a few tomatoes and carrots are fine.. try for green veggies not starch veggies
4 Baby carrots
Some of the little rice cake minis maybe 3-4 <-- ditch rice cakes period.. and get some protein in this meal.. protein in EVERY MEAL BOTTOM LINE

1 peach <--- drop it an add a healthy fat source u lack fats in ur diet
2 Tablespoons PB
1 FaT free light n Fit yogurt <--- get a caesin protein before bed.. not yogurt.. milk , cottage cheese, or caesin shake
This is my diet for today what do you guys think do I need to add anything to this. Im trying to bulk up by adding the most lean muscle I can by eating right and lifting heavy. I dont know if im eating enough but I sure as heck feel full and passing major gas like I never have in my life..
