    Just started new bulking diet what do you think

    July 16th 2007-07-17


    Breakfast
    Oatmeal w/ Banana
    4 Egg Whites

    Lunch
    2 Slices Turkey
    1 Slice fat free cheese
    2 slices of potato bread
    4 grape tomamtos
    4 Baby carrots

    Some of the little rice cake minis maybe 3-4
    1 Animal Pak 11 Pills MultiVitamin

    Preworkout
    Banana
    SuperPump 250

    During Workout
    Size On

    Post Workout
    Protein Shake

    Dinner

    1 Sweet Potato
    Brown Rice
    2 Pieces of Chicken Breast
    4 Carrots

    Protein Bar
    1 peach

    2 Tablespoons PB
    1 FaT free light n Fit yogurt

    This is my diet for today what do you guys think do I need to add anything to this. Im trying to bulk up by adding the most lean muscle I can by eating right and lifting heavy. I dont know if im eating enough but I sure as heck feel full and passing major gas like I never have in my life..

    I dont think you're eating nearly enough for a bulk, in fact you may be eating less than some people cutting diet. you may also be passing gas bec. of the change in foods or due to the effects of superpump.

    What do you recommend I add in here I find it very hard to eat more then Iam at this point. I have cottage cheese , pb and fat free yogurt I bought as well is that stuff good to eat before I go to bed.I think its size on to be on honest with you because the whey protein and superpump I was taking last week and never had this kind of gas.

    well in that case, it may be the whey, since i havnt heard of that from sizeon users. Add some peanutbutter, cottage cheese, and oats......cottage cheese and yogurt would be great before bed bec. of the casein protein int hem.

    Anyone else got any advice or thoughts on what I should add in here. I need to try gain as much lean muscle as I can.

    I think you should work out whats your maintenance calories. Cant really tell what you need to add without knowing how many calories or what weight and height you are.

    sure u may eat right at some parts of the day.. but u lack getting protein in every meal.. and u also have some bad food choices.. suggestions are above.. u got some work to be done..

    adding a bit more fats,protein, and healthy up the carbs a bit with whole wheats for ur bread if possible..

    some choices are great.. u got some work to do though
