Are you telling me those things pass through yoour penis? WTF.
Wow. Never having soda again.During the Anglo-Saxon period, carrying a weapon was a sign of being a free man, as slaves were prohibited from bearing arms.

Er
Sorry to hear you are having trouble. This sounds like others have said to be a stone. If you had fever I would favor UTI, or appendicitis, also some STDs can present similarly. A left sided appendix (rare) can give you pain on the left though again would expect fever and anorexia, vomiting, etc. If you are passing blood or blood tinged (pink) urine then stone is most likely if no fever. I would head to the ER. Have your mom call any ask a nurse location if available and their protocol will get you to the ER asap.
If it is a stone, and the pain is already so low you, will likely pass it. Worst pain through that region that I have ever felt though passes relatively quickly.
Let us hear how you are doing.

I've never heard of an STD with such an acute and painful onset??? Lack of fever and left sided suprapubic pain rule out appendicitis IMO. The top of my list would be a kidney stone, especially considering the OP said pain comes in "waves" and was extremely painful on urination. Not to mention the OP mentioned he overloads on milk LOL. Nice to know a doctor agrees with me

Pain is weakness leaving the body.

Top of my list is Stones as well.
You will see that STDs were low on my list as an also, along with the even more obscure left sided appendix. The thing in medicine is that if you stop at what seems obvious on a routine basis you will miss many a diagnosis. STDs are the masqueraders. They are always in the list in an adolescent urinary problems. You are right however that the vast majority of STDs are asymptomatic.
Give us an update, did you get to the ER or not and how is your pain.
Take care.

The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. I have had my apendix taken out when i was 10, i had a pain on my left lower side of the abdomen (higher than where you said ), doctors were confused but later discovered that it was indeed my apendix and took it out. So it's possible to have apendicitis even if the pain is on the opposite side. My scar is on the right side though, pretty weird.

right lower quadrant pain is the "classic" presentation for appendicitis. This is assuming the anatomy is completely normal (normal is in most common). If retrocecal, appendices do not refer pain in the same way that normal anatomy appendices do. Retrocecal are more common than left sided appendices.
Although situs inversus is rare, i did once see a patient who didnt know he had the condition. While I was trying to listen to his heart sounds, I couldnt get over how faint they were. He had a chest injury so I listened to his lungs from his back as well as his front and then I was all sorts of confused when I started hearing heart sounds where they shouldnt have been.....anyways my point is, its rare but still occursoptirealist

Hey guys. I went to the ER last night about 10:30. When i got there they did a rectal exam.. 2 fingers up my ass. Not my idea of a good evening.
When that came up normal, they ran blood tests, then a cat scan. Yes, it was a kidney stone. They drugged me up and i pissed it out. I never want to piss or blow a load again, ever. My urethra feels like its cut to shreds.
Even on meds it still hurt like crazy. I got home at about 4:30 am and slept til 4 pm.
