Lee Priests 310lb barbell curl for a few reps is insane... Of course a lot of Ronnie's lifts are absolutely incredible. Chris Cormiers 1000lb Hacksquats come to mind a few years back also.
Some high rep stuff too.. the first time I heard anyone doing somewhat heavy weights for like 100 reps was Gaspari , I know Levrone did stuff like that also.

You guys seen Ronnie's 2,300 lb leg press for reps?
It's really insane.

Yeah, he must have thought 'hmmm, these bodybuilders are not weak pretty boys after all. This guy could upset my powerlifting fame... good thing he's doing high reps.'
Seriously, if they wanted to some bbers could break some powerlifting records. There's a video on youtube of Levrone doing 180kg behind the neck press for couple of reps.

Keto FTMFW!
Levrone's 495 bench folowed by 405 incline (he also does ~450 on the 98 bfto), 4 plates btn on the smith and 100lbs dumbbell curls all for reps, 100 rep full stack cable crunches, and I'm sure there's more.
Ronnie's 200lbs dumbbells press for 12 (and then for 6 (?) on an incline), 5 plate bent-over rows, 8 plate squat and dead for 2, 2000lbs+ leg press for 8, 160lbs dumbbells shoulder press, 200lbs dumbbell rows, 250lbs dumbbell shrugs and a ****load behind-back shrugs (can't remember exactly how much but I believe around 6-700lbs), 495lbs front squat for like 12 reps.
Ruhl's 550lbs machine shoulder press and 5 plate wide-grip smith inclines, I believe he's also done around 2k on the leg press, 200lbs chest-supported dumbbell rows.
Dennis James' 495lbs freeweight incline press and also 4 plate shoulder presses on the smith (both in front and behind the neck), 495lbs front squat.
Priest's 315 bb curl and 100 rep leg presses.
Frank McGrath also does his db curls with the 100s AFTER his barbell curls.
And the list goes on and on. The whole "bodybuilders are weak" is one of the biggest and most ridiculous myths ever.

I surprised noone has mention Greg Kovacs. He claims all kinds of crazy things. Like 700 lbs smith machine incline presses for reps. I'd have to see it to believe it.

I think Ronnie Coleman doing 585 on front squats for 4 is pretty ridiculous so is him doing T-Bar Rows with 12 plates for 9 reps.

Dont know if its true, but I saw this workout in FLEX that Branch Warren has supposedly completed:
4 sets of 100 rep leg extensions (weight not given) followed by
4 sets of squats pyramiding up to 500 pounds - last set is a drop set from 500 all the way to 135.
followed by
this is insane ! - hack squats - 135 for 10 reps, 225 for 20 reps, 315 for 30 reps, 405 for 40 reps and lastly - 495 for 50(!) reps.

The only ones that really impress me are the free weight... and Ronnie and Levrone reign supreme there... not a fan of machines...its not real strength... you are never lifting in such a fixed plane in the real world...when you are benching 500 free for 4 like levrone did, its 500 no matter how you cut the mustard.

Palease, there are so many dummy plates used in bodybuilding vidoes and photoshoots that it's not even funny. Why is it that no top bber has even BEEN in the WSM since '77? Even then they got their asses handed to them by a RETIRED o-lifter. After that debacle, Joe Weider would never let his "athletes" compete in any athletic competitions. Ahhhnold, at the time, knew better and never even tried to enter.
