    Assisted pull up Alternative

    Hi guys

Here is my workout tomorrow for back and biceps:

    Lat pulldown
    Seated cable rows
    Assisted pull-ups
    One arm dbell rows
    Dbell bicep curls
    Hammer curls

The problem is my new gym does not have an assisted pull down machine. What alternatives can you recommend?

    Thanks

tie a strong resistance band to the top of your pull up bar and place your knees in the loop - resisted pull up. Or try an inverted row.

    Those are great ideas ^^^^

Another option is to assist with your feet using something...

If you don't have a chair or bench that is easily accessible, you can use a smith machine and the floor.
