    2 percent milk- bad or good???

    so wait a second. i thought that 2 percent milk was good for you. someone that if it isnt 1 percent or skim, then dont use it. is this true or not

    If the extra cals fit into your diet then it's fine. Most people tend to go with skim because they want the protein with fewer cals and fat.
