How long does it take to lose muscle?

Haven't lifted in about 8 days and I'm 4 pounds lighter during a week of eating horrible. High calorie, low protein, high carbs, high fats...etc.

Is it possible to get fatter and lose muscle, in about a week?

I don't imagine you would lose muscle from 8 days of not training, especially if you were cheating (probably an excess of calories). Were you drinking? It may be largely due to dehydration.
