I was looking into taking some creatine and read that alot of people had great success with CEE type creatine. My question is

1. Which brand do you guys like? What are the pros and cons of each? In an article that I read it pointed out some popular brands as:
*VPX CEX
*ARLI Cr2
*ThermoLife CrE2
*German American Technologies C4
*VNS Jacked

2. How do you guys recommend I load and cycle CEE? Is there any general rule of thumb when cycling/loading any type of CEE?

good thing is u dont need to load CEE, u take 1/2 to 2/3 teaspoon before and after workout, depending which u prefer..I do the 1/2 teaspoon pre/post, working very nice so far. I use VPX CEX by the way.

been on it for about 2 weeks..good pumps and strength increase, id say any easy 5/10 lbs across the board in all exercises..about 3/4 lbs in weight so far. Im not interested in the weight increase as much as my strength increase though.

I started yesterday with Dymatize Xpand according to pu12en12g's recomendation. It says it has CEE in it but I do not know how much cause it says it is propriatory blend of CEE and Tricreatine Malate (what a bull). I take 1 serving pre-workout. I also take CEE powder 1 tsppon in the morning.

No prohormones. I take Pinaccle NOX2 (3 in the morning), 1tspoon CEE (morning), Xpand (preworkout), Whey, Maltodextrin, BCCA (blend post workout), tribulus (morning and night).

So basically trying to see if a combo of NO and creatine can help gain weight.

That's it. I am 5'7'' 170 lbs about 13% Bf and I would like to hit 180 before I start cutting.

Sounds like a solid bulking stack IMO. Remember that tribulus only seems to work in high doses, and BCAA should be taken pre-workout as well.

By the way I am using Ultimate Nutrition Tribulus Terrestris 2 caps a day. How much you think I should consume? Appologies for highjacking the thread.

Thanks for the link, but I could not find anything that looked like CEE. Just some creatine monohydrate.

I don't know why you'd want caps... alls that will do is slow down digestion, and if ya can't hack the taste then your a p***y.
