Hammer Strenth Equip.

wondering what your experiance is with using Hammer Strenth Equip. especially the flat bench our gym just got one, wondering if I would be wasting my time using it I haven't seen many people use it.

Hammer strength is an excellent line of equipment. If you are going for size and a complete physique, mix free-weights up a bit with machines and like i said, hammerstrength is a good line.

Cool thnks for the info, sounds like im on the right track then thats what i've been trying to do incorporate both free weights and H.S. wasnt sure if i should be doin both or just one, thnks for the reply

There an awsome line of machines. like he said, mix in with free waits and it will help. Thats all our football team uses.
