    Help A Newbie :)

the biggest problem for starting anything is "where to begin".
there's so many different words, reps, sets, squats etc
    what do they mean?
    where do i begin?
    what suppliments to use?

i've looked around and i cant really find any info for newbies.

i have always been interested in the sport, now i feel i would like to participating! :P

any help on how to begin will be greatly appreciated, thanks alot

    Spartan..

All the info you want can be found with the search button and or looking on bb.com's main site. Please read through this before posting

As another newbie, something that helped me was this thread: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=316377 ("Best of the Workout Section"). It's a lot, but you can really look for what you want.

I find when I have specific questions, I get better answers in these forums as well.

    Good luck!

    peace

I'm not being hypocritical, if you cant find anything on any of the topics you've posted above then your blind. Theres hundreds of threads for excerxcises, nutrition etc. If you go to bb.com's website and not the forums theres loads of information there to. I'm sorry but saying you've looked and theres nothing for newbies is a blatant lie.
