the biggest problem for starting anything is "where to begin".
there's so many different words, reps, sets, squats etc
what do they mean?
where do i begin?
what suppliments to use?
i've looked around and i cant really find any info for newbies.
i have always been interested in the sport, now i feel i would like to participating! :P
any help on how to begin will be greatly appreciated, thanks alot

As another newbie, something that helped me was this thread: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=316377 ("Best of the Workout Section"). It's a lot, but you can really look for what you want.
I find when I have specific questions, I get better answers in these forums as well.
Good luck!
