    I do HIT cardio (meaning without the intervals)...I just get on the elliptical and go all out for 15 minutes (obviously as intense as I can go on 15 minutes not as intense as I can for for 10 secs)

    is that working good for you? i've been doin HIIT and not HIT. i dont get much results from hiit. i'm gonna try just flat out 15 min of high intensity elliptical tomorrow and see how it goes anyway.
