I was just curious as to what macro's have worked best for you guys while cutting fat... currently I weigh around 157 at about 5'7...
Lately I have been doing 50/30/20 (protein/fats/carbs)
I consume around the following...
210-220g of protein
50-60g of fat
140-150g of carbs
Does this sound good or should I change some things... I am kind of still learning this whole macro stuff...
