I totally believe you. I'm so sick of haters not believing people like you an me. Just cause most people can't do it - doesn't mean others can't. And it's not like you are saying you've done anything anyone else hasn't done.
I'm 5'8" - but nobody believes me when I say I can dunk; but there are plenty of 5'7" guys in the NBA that do. And nobody believes me when I say I can bench 400 pounds; but that's not even close to the world record for my weight. And yeah, when I was in junior high, I totally was in the low 4's for my mile time; but I was on the CC team - I mean, nobody actually trains running. That's why people think it's so hard.
The truth is - you take anyone and have them train for a month and they can break a 5 minute mile.
I also have a 9" inch dick.

hey good job dumbass, i guess you cant read what ive been saying, No speako english?
i ran a mile in under 4 minutes when i was 17 so if i could do that then when i say i ran 2 miles in 10, then BAM, simple math, im sure you have a basic math capability, if not im sure your computer has a calculator, take it, and take 4+4= 8 Means i had 2 extra minutes to run slower and finish in 10 mins, Its basic math man!!
EDIT, im sorry i didnt see you were 15, if i would have seen your age i wouldnt have been such a dick, your just an immature little kid, i didnt mean to hurt your feelings LOLLast edited by Punched; 07-15-2007 at 09:20 PM.

have you ever heard of fatigue? See, when people do something like run 2 miles, they have less energy and can't perform at there usually 100%. If they do not stop and rest then they become more fatigued, and if you run an extra 2.5 miles, you will become fatigued faster. Now if your going to say you started running at over 13 mph, kept that speed and finish running at 13 miles, then don't expect to be taken seriously.
