    Working out after Dinner?

every night I am working out after dinner. I just want to know how long after dinner I should workout, normally I wait like an hour and a half, or so. What is the correct time I should wait?

i woundnt think ud need to wait any longer than 30-40 minutes, but 1 1/2 hours is probably at least as good

For almost two months i worked out right after dinner. I'd only wait like 15 minutes. I had very nice gains. So just give your food some time to settle and you'll be fine.
