I have lifted for months and put on muscle but i cant never get the veins popping out of my arms. Also my muscle still feels soft my body still doesnt have that a hard feeling. What is a good supplement for this.

just decrease your body fat to get the veins. consume more protein for muscle hardness.

Yeah, you gotta reduce your bodyfat, that's pretty much all that's to it. I have large veins, I don't really like them though, but it's all part of the game.
People who go around pretending to know everything are annoying those of us who really do.

This is largely genetic. Like they said lower body fat will help. Bigger muscles will help. I've also read(probably on this board) that cardio/circuit training on a given body part will help as it causes the body to become more efficient at moving blood through that body part and therefore increases the diameter of the desired veins.

Very low body fat (5-8%) and very little water retention.

The only way you will get stronger is by training with a stronger partner.
If you need to grunt while moving some heavy ass weight in the gym, go for it. I probably can't hear you anyway since I have some Black Sabbath turned to 11 in my ears.
But grunting in the locker room, especially from behind a stall door, is just fooking disturbing. Please refrain.

I used to think this as well, but believe it or not training style can influence. Ive experimented with a lot of different stuff past couple of yrs & during a 4 month phase where I was doin moderate weights with short rest periods between sets (30 sec), I didnt gain much size but significantly noticed more veins on forearms & inner bi's even though I gained some fat during this period from too much surplus (prolly ~ 1-2% fat gain).

supplements wont give you the veins.. maybe temporarily during a work out from N.O. but decreasing your bodyfat is the legit method and of course genetics plays a role bro.
