Have to take 2 weeks off for Right elbow
My elbow started hurting about a weak ago and only got worse as time went on. Anyways, my doctor said it was not the joint, but most likely from overtraining the muscles. He said I need to take 1-2 weeks off and ease back into things.
I will take his advice since I do not want to permanently injure myslef, but I love to lift and even 1 week of not lifting is going to kill me.
Right now, the plan is to just lift legs and midsection, and then throw some sprints in the mix.
Can you suggest any other exercises that that do not involve the elbow? It seems like every upper body lift does.
P.S. if you know a good sprinting routine or training program, let me know.

some lifts require locked elbows, like rowing with rope (the exercice doing triceps, but for the back) side laterals, frontal raises, shrugs, flies for chest, pec dec, cable crosses,

Start running
Legs & lower portion is as important as upper body.
Now is the time to pay attention to exercises for legs & abdomen etc!
