Gain weight. Arm size is directly related to overall mass put on.

To get big arms you should not concentrate on biceps exercices (like every newbie does when he first starts) Remember that triceps are 2/3 of your arms mass and biceps are 1/3

give em a break guys he's obviously new. anyway ive found when i first started, the best way to put on arm size is to do standing barbell curls, and narrow grip bench presses. use 70% of your max and do 3 sets to failure with 1 minute and 30 seconds between sets. THis means you should be doing 10 reps or so, to failure in your first set and then reps should be slowly decresing as you continue in sets as your stregnth depletes.
I dont fully agree with the comment on arm size is proportionate to weight. when i was only 155 (185 now) my arms were bigger than people that weiged much more than me. I would agree that its proportionate to overall weight gain. So say you gain 15 pounds, you'll probably put on an inch on your arms (provided correct training of course). I can honestly say that for every 15 pounds or so of weight ive gained since i began bodybuilding ive gained an inch on my arms.

This site is a killer arm program, i am in the middle of it, and i'm loving it. So in the words of Ian King(the man who designed the program) "if you want to put some BANG in your bicepts and some TNT in your tricepts" this is the program for you. Check it out.
