Spent the day at the lake yesterday. I'm trying to get rid of the farmers tan that's in my avatar lol. Usually don't put any lotion on my stomach or back, just my neck, shoulders, arms, and face. next time i'll put lotion on my stomach and back haha you can see where the difference is from where i put lotion on my shoulders and didn't put any on my chest, oretty weird...it'll fade though. hopefully it'll darken me up a little so I'll have a good base for next time. now I just have to keep it from peeling

when i was working at the gym, i got to tan for free Unfortuneately I don't work there anymore, but I think I need to go find a tanning place. I really don't mind tanning beds, a lot of guys go. Anything to get rid of the damn whiteness haha.

Also beware of the "School Crossing Guard Tan"
Being a 'person of much color' I don't have the problem as badly, but there was this one time I was driving from FL to North Carolina with the sunroof open on my car (which is roughly an 8 hour trip), and by the time I got there, I had a "school crossing guard" tan. I wish I'd taken a picture of it. The shadow produced by my seat belt left a slightly less brown area that went from my left shoulder to my right hip and across my waist. The friend I went to visit couldn't stop laughing.
So hey... if you're going out in the sun for any length of time, make sure you wear sunscreen, especially if you're in the "3rd Stage of Shirtlessness" like I am.

i'll wear lotion next time for sure. Only reason i didn't this time is because i usually don't burn on my stomach or back, and didn't expect to this time, but I guess I got to drinkin and hangin out with friends and forgot all about it. i'll probably do 8 on my shoulders and 15 on my stomach and back.

Well it feels better today. It's getting lighter, but unfortuneately it's starting to blister in spots. It's not bad if i can keep cool, but if i start walking alot or sweating they come out. I just have to make sure they don't get popped and go away on their own so I don't itch like crazy. Hopefully in a couple days I can start putting on lotion to try to avoid the peeling. I really didn't mean to do this. i expected to get a little sun, but not burnt. I'll learn from my mistakes haha.
as far as sleep, the 1st two nights weren't too bad. I found a spot on my back I could lay on, and stayed there. Then a softball size spot on my back started to feel tender so last night I stayed on my side since it really doesn't hurt much. It needs to go away. a friend wants to go back out on the lake tomorrow so we can work on some new tricks, but I'm not sure if i'll be up to it. And all next week i'm going to be in myrtle beach.
