Precision Engineered Muscle & Weight Gainer

Has anyone ever used this product before? I went to Vitamin World to exchange a small bottle of liquid creatine for something else, and this product seemed to suit my needs, since I'll be starting a bulking phase in a week. Each serving, which contains 5 tablespoonfulls, has:

    290 calories
    47g carbohydrates
    40g sugar
    24g protein

How does this sound? Is that too much sugar? I was thinking of taking this with two cups of skim milk to bump the calories up to 470 calories per serving.

Do you guys think this sounds good?

im sure most of the carbs that arent sugar are maltodextrins, which act like sugar. its garbage, make ur own weight gainer. at the store just get protein, efa's, or a multi with ur credit.
Go to your local pound and adopt a cat or dog. It will add years to your life and theirs.

    Go Noles!

I'm going to return it on Friday because a friend of mine recommended going with Cytogainer. He said he's had great results from it. Here's a link to it: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/cs/gainer.html

    What are EFA's?
