Huge thanks to tatteredsaint and NutriForce Sports for shipping off the beast of a vitamin product WODPak. I have mostly been using the Animal Pak since I was a teenager and most recently ANAVITE. Looking forward to giving this a go especially after reading the profile of this. This looks like it gonna be a great vitamin pak for me.
I will also be logging D-STUNNER along with this after I complete my other log I will be doing which is Volatile for Formutech Nutrition. So thanks to tatteredsaint again and also Betancourt Nutrition.
Here is a brief intro: I am a tennis coach right now and I coach pretty much all ages. As my stats say I am about 5'8, I used to be a little over 200 lbs at my heaviest, which I know is nothing impressive being that this is bodybuilding.com. But, I felt like it was pretty big for someone my height. I felt like a tank and it was hard to move even though I wasn't overweight. I had a little fat but also a lot more muscle than I currently have. I can move much better now, but I miss that powerful look I used to have in my college years. So if I were to use numbers, I would say I want to gain about 30 pounds at least. I dont mind putting in the work either. I welcome ANYONE to come along for the ride or not if I bore you too much lol. I know tennis isnt as respected as other sports but I challenge anyone who thinks its easy to chase a ball around for 2-3 hours without any timeouts, especially in the summer time, and then get back to me on that.
Thanks again and its time to get this good time rolling!!

OK, in on this Swuuu! I can understand that as a tennis coach you'd feel slow at 200+lbs but you would have been built like a tank and fcuking strong. Do we get to see some psoing pics at the start or will we have to put a composite pic together from the avis?

I like to get it up fast and also keep it up..loll. Youre welcome! The bossman is very generous sending me this and the D-STUNNER. So I will make sure I do a good job. Generally I update my logs 7 days a week. I will try to do the same with this one although this may be a little bit difference since this is a vitamin supplement. Hopefully I will notice enough so I can update as often as I usually do.
First official post will be today (after 12am here). I look forward to this! It should be a good change for me.

Lol thanks! Funny you mention the word dirty. I like to keep thinks fun otherwise it gets boring just to keep listing thoughts and training every day. So unless the bossman doesn't like what I call fun then ill keep posting it. You'll figure out soon what I mean
I'm excited too. Might blow many WODS!
Thanks for joining man. Gonna have to head over to yours in a bit! Another product were both logging lol
I wanted to say health and wealth but thought that might be too corny. Might change it to that cuz I like it lol. Thanks again man!
PS- I usually don't blow my WOD until afternoon. Whoops I mean I usually don't take my vitamins until afternoon. The reason is because that's when I start crashing. So I find the natural energy that a GOOD vitamin provides helps me get through the rest of the day!
here's a little reward to those who are following. One of my favorite pics of all time! Never get tired of this one!
Thanks for coming lollll

I don't shared the ladies, food or supps lollll. Yea I'm sure there's a reason for it. I just wanted to know if I was missing something.
I definitely do hahah
Ok I wasn't sure if I missed it. Thanks! Yes there is five caps in the Pak.
TODAY'S POST
didn't notice too much from Pak #1. Just a slight increase in energy. Didnt really feel or notice anything different throughout the day or during training. Here's what I used it for today:
I am a very instinctual trainer. I don't count reps or sets. I'm done when I feel I'm done. But I know I always Do at least 12-15 reps for all exercises! So keep that in mind when you all read my training posts!
Triceps:
Straight bar push downs: 3 Warmups and 5 sets with 120
Bench dips: 3 Warmups and 5 sets with 80lb bar across upper lap
Kickbacks: 2 Warmups and 4 sets with 30lb dumbbell
Incline dumbbell skull crushers: 3 sets with 40's last 2 sets rest pause twice each set.
Cardio: 44 flights of stairs.Last edited by Swuuu; 07-19-2013 at 06:25 PM.

Great session to kill the tris Swuuu and a good example of your single body part training style to start this log
The Incline dumbbell skull crushers with the 40s would be a killer .... please tell me that this 40lbs for both hands, not for right and then left
And don't you get enough cardio with the tennis without running up 44 dan flights of stairs"Better to wear out than rust out!"
