Dogcrapp

Has anyody here tried using the Dograpp system of working out? If so have you seen any real gains? Would you recommend it? I want to try it because it sounds good, but I would like to hear some more comments about the progam before I decide to change my routine and throw everything I thought I knew about bodybuilding out the window.

I love DC training. I've seen plenty of great gains in both my strength and physique, and 'yes' i would recommend it to anyone with atleast a few years of training under their belt.

However, I would never encourage someone new to the sport to try DC.

Im assuming you're not new so give it a try...im 95% sure you won't be dissapointed.
