    Jogging vs. Stationary bike?

Is there a diffrence in either joggin or riding the bike, if i did them for the same amount of time? Would I burn the same amount of cals? Thanks!

Jogging, you burn more calories than you do biking. Reason being, You entire body is actually working to burn more calories (faster to burn) whereas on a bike, you sit and only your legs are doing the movement. Dont get me wrong, both are great cardio exercises but with jogging, you burn more at a faster pace.

It really depends on your bf, how much u wanna lose, and how faster u wanna lose that fat (faster you lose the fats, th emor elean muscles coming outta your body)

If you do that biking and jogging simultaneously, thats not really gonna help you. I think thats too much cardio. Are you wanting to drop the weight down ? Cut down ? etc..

I usually do some moderate intensity cardio for 30 - 45 mins 3 - 4x per week, by doing this I lose 1 or 2 lbs of fat per week trying to hold as much lean muscle mass i can.
    good luck

Well I am 22% BF and want to get doen to around 10% in 3 months. I am going to be lifting hard, and have quite a bit of muscle already. I dont think I will lose that much cuz I am only 15 and a newbie. But maybe I will only do the 2miles 5 days a week.

I think overall Jogging is better for burning fat, but if you're an old geezer the impact might be bad on your knees. Anyway, if you go jogging you're forced to either jog or walk home once you've jogged to where ever you're going. If you're on a stationary bike you might get lazy and decide to stop.

20-30 grams is pretty excessive..why take so much?10 grams per day would be fine.

Yes. Be wary of your energy levels like i said before. Make sure you raise your carbs up a bit every now and then. Without carbs, you won't make it 1 week doing cardio twice a day.

i prefer outdoor cardio activites as opposed to indoor cardio because the stabilizer muscles get worked much much more trying to compensate for uneven ground , etc.
