Um...it looks like everyone here loves oats. I eat 3 cups per day & I'm just wondering how much others eat?

I try to eat as much as i can... anytime except before bed!!
Usually i end up eating about 200g a day... thats 2 good sized bowls with some Sweet n' Low and Milk on top!! Not too bad at all, toss some fruit n stuff in too!!
I tried putting them in My Protein shakes before... in the blender but they all just accumulate at the bottom??? Maybe i was supposed to cook them first?? i dont ****in know!! LOL

On my workout days I usually have 2.5 cups of oats a day (Pre,Post, and in one of my meals). On my nonworkout days I usually have a 1 cup.

I know what you mean. i get choked occasionally drinking that protein/ oatmeal blend. Its the tiny pieces of oatmeal at the bottom of the blender. It helps if I blend the oatmeal with hot liquid or let them soak in the container for awhile. Its actually quite nice having warm oatmeal porridge with banana...
