Today I got steamed beef with mixed vegetables from a chinese place near me, the only thing is I have never had it before and it seemed kinda fatty. Is this a bad idea to have when cutting? I know steamed chicken is fine but I just would like to know about this too, and the soy sauce. Thanks.

I'd stick 2 seafood & chicken at oriental restaurants . .
Their beef & pork r usually pretty fatty. But steamed is the healthiest way 2 cook it, a lot better than deep fried, which is more typical of Chinese beef & pork dishes.
