    yah it sux, u cant load it up heavy enough. i cross my arms and tighten my upper body , that works best.

    I have pretty llong arms too but I think its best to go with the catch from a clean. Takes a LONG time to get enough flexibility in your forearms but I love the way it feels. Crossed arms just feels akward.

    I do. I use wrist straps and they help alot. I like it better then the cross arm.
