Ok, recently i have fallen in love with oats and currently eat half a cup for breakfast with cottage cheese and then i have another half cup as a snack around 2pm. Would it be ok to have oats for dinner along with a proten source of course? Or is that too many oats in one day. Oats and veggies are my carb sources.

Bro I have oats in 6 of my 7 meals everyday, Oats and veggies are my only carb sources, no probs with eating oats in every meal, If I was not diabetic I would prob eat some fruit etc in there also, for eat incorporate veggies for sure and some fruit of course, But for complex carbs in general oats are the best over any other carbs for either bulking or cutting

there is nothing wrong with having vegetables and oatmeal as your carbs..
but it can get boring having such limited variety. You may also want to try some rice, potatoes, taro root, bread, fruit...etc.Davinci flavor oppinions:
Banana-awesome
Pancake-awesome
cookie dough-good (not sweet but has flavor)
German Chocolate Cake- good (sweet, not strong)
PB- good(sweet, not strong flavor)
Gingerbread- good (taste like gingerale/no good on pancakes, okay in oatmeal)
Coconut- good. (has flavor..a tiny sweetness)
Macadamia Nut- good/poor
Danish Pastry-good (if you like cookie dough you would like this)
Blueberry-Awesome/good

Davinci and cinnamon/splenda spice up oats very nicely. May sound kind of weird, but for school one day I took some oats and half of a baked sweet potato and put them in the same container with some cinnamon.. damn it tasted good mixed together. Weird, yes. Tasty, yes.
They fall in line................One at a time................Ready to play
