Am I overtrained? Symptoms here
Well, Since I'm on winter vacations, I wanted to take advantage of my free time by going to the gym everyday (In U time I usually go like 3-4 days a week). I went from Monday to Friday like 2 hours per day. I did HIIT monda, wed and friday, and the whole week I did WeightLifting and Cardio.
Well, yesterday (friday) at night, I felt horrible.
First, since I've been going to the gym, I get colds too often. The last week I had a cold and it seems I having one again now.
Last night I almost couldn't sleep... it seems I had insomnia (even when I was tired as ****), I had Irritability (and I'm still) and fatigue.
I woke up at 6:00 AM to go to piss and I felt, mm, I don't remember what's the word (this thing when all things around you start spinning and you feel sick), and I had headaches. I asked my brother for a banana, I ate it and things got better.
Well, Are these symptoms of overtraining? should I rest between days or decrease the intensity of my training? Is ok to go 5 days a week to the gym?

Maybe your body isn't used to exercising that much, but any serious bodybuilder would laugh at you.
Lifting almost every day is a requirement for building muscle mass fast and efficient.

No it's not. For the younger guys a 5x5 program with 3 days is way more efficient than almost every day.

has to do with alot of physical stress.

symptoms of overtraining and the different stages of overtraining:
There are 4 stages of overtraining.
Stage 1: no effect on performance. The only effect is altered neuron function.
Stage 2: most likely no effect on performance. Effects are altered motor unit recruitment, as well as altered sympathetic activity and hypothalamic control.
Stage 3: most likely decreased performance. Effects are altered excitation-contraction couplings, decreased muscle glycogen, increased resting heart rate and blood pressure, altered immune function, altered hormonal concentrations, and mood disturbances.
Stage 4: decreased performance. Effects are decreased force production, decreased glycolytic capacity, sickness and infection, and emotional and sleep disturbances.
Overtraining = excessive frequency, volume, or intensity of training, resulting in fatigue. Overtraining that occurs on a short term basis, as in a time period of a few days or weeks, is termed Overreaching. Overtraining syndrome, different than overreaching, can last as long as 6 months.
The steps are:
Overload stimulus ---> acute fatigue ---> overreaching ---> overtraining
It is a very real thing and anyone who denies it exists is wrong.
Of course you should be tired during a workout, overtraining and overreaching are terms which refer to a longer period of time spanning multiple workouts.

Exactly. People new to bodybuilding won't be able to lift with the frequency, volume, and intensity as an intermediate or advanced lifter.
