    Post competition supplements

    In 3 more weeks I will be entering my first bodybuilding competition my question is post contest what would you reccomend taking to keep my body fat/ water weight and weight from sky rocketing I would like to maintain a lower body fat percentage in the 6-9 range for about 4 weeks post contest because i will be going on vacation and like to still look good and not bloated and chubby all reccomendations are welcome

    Right after your show, if you boost calories in a controlled fashion while increasing carbs/protein/healthy fats, you could look SWOLE on the beach. Even some creatine and simple carbs will help you fill out. Just keep your sodium in check so you don't spill over and retain too much water. Worked for me in Honolulu on Waikiki beach after my first show.
