RECIEVED MY NO-ETHER LAST NIGHT AND WILL START MY PRE-LOADING THIS EVENING...NO REASON TO WAIT.
Some info about me:
Diet: 2000-2500 daily (mostly clean..about 40-40-20)
H2O Intake:1-2 Gallons daily
Experience: Lifting since 04
Supplements while on log: NOS-ETHER.
(I don't count protein or other vitamins as supplements being added, as we all take these)
What I expect from NOS-ETHER...STRENGTH GAINS. Plain and simple. I have recently hit my PR on almost all my lifts. Looking for more
Lifts I will be keeping track of (mostly) in this log but am giving it my all overall:
Db Incline Bench Presses: PR 2 sets of 90x8
Standing (straight) BB curls: PR 80x4
Db Shoulder Presses (seated): PR 80x4
I lift a minimum of 5 days per week more if I can get it in...cardio daily when lifting..Off days (when I get them) are total off days.
