Last time I was in Spain, they were selling diet bars in the chemist, obviously intended as a meal/snack repalcement, but I do remember they were very high in protein and low in carbs or fat. But for the size of them, they were very expensive. I think the name was Kot or Kotte or something like that.
65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.

Ok, I actually searched more online and found how they calculate net carbs for the Atkins bars. Here is info I found on another website:
"Weve subtracted all carbohydrates such as fiber, glycerine and sugar alcohols, which either are not digested or are digested but do not impact blood sugar more than negligibly."
This is how the Net Carb figure is calculated:
Total Carbohydrate
22 grams
Non-Caloric and/or Non-blood Sugar Impacting Carbs
20 grams
Polydextrose/Fiber 11 grams
Glycerine 9 gramsNot affiliated

Take a half jar of Peanut butter, Mix in a couple of scoops protein powder, take a big ball out, flatten it into a long bar shape, cut it to short bars...and Freeze them, I believe I made a post about these in the Recipes section...taste great
Goal: Get a 6 Pack or Die Trying ... And thats not really all that out of the range of possibilities!

I think that's glycerine though. It's not a good sign when you're eating fancy chemicals. I've also read that it can kick you out from keto.
The PB + Protein powder idea is good but i've done it before, and they just don't stay hard for transport. I was really hoping there was some kind of off the shelf bar. I"m kind of suprised there still isn't. Anyone interested in starting a company?I've gained and lost over 100lbs more times than any man alive should. Do as I say and not as I do.

Quest protein bars are awesome. I tried them when they first started out. And now.. they have so many flavors.. I love the Apple pie!! And vanilla almond. Mmmm...
Why do people ask how you accomplished everything and when you tell them what you did they come up with so many excuses why they CAN'T do it..?? CAN'T doesn't EXIST to me anymore! you mean you WON'T!
