The Sports Book: Best Training Ever! by DB Hammer/Dietrich Buchenholz

Im searching for this old book by Dietrich Buchenholz, aka DB Hammer, which was sold on his Website Inno Sports.
Unfortunately the site was taken down a few years ago, so there is no way to get it from there.

So I saw that a couple of guys here at bodybuilding.com wrote about it, so I was wondering if someone wants to sell his copy, or knows where to get one.
