In 2001-2002 I lost 177 pounds and weighed 177 pounds. I gained it all back +50 more and starting in 2005 I started again, I have lost 30-40 pounds from then till now at least 4 times. I once again gained the weight I lost back this year but I plan on bieng under 350 by new years. Kudos to everybody who lost weight or are losing weight. Extra kudos for those who lost alot and are keeping it off. It aint easy!

I did the same thing. I went from 318 down to 240 in 1998, but over about a 3-4 year period I gained it all back. Then I kept going after that to get to my highest weight of 355.
I learned from that what I am going to have to do to stay in shape after I reach my goal though, so maybe that experience is what I needed in order to have long-term success this time around!08/20/09: 249 lbs.
03/01/08: 258 lbs.
01/01/08: 265 lbs.
08/01/07: 300 lbs.
09/11/06: 355 lbs.

here is my story i weighed 300 in 2004 and went to 240 not the goal i wanted to reach and i was getting pissed off becuase i leveled off and it was hard for me to loose weight and i did not have the body i wanted so i got discouraged and lost my motivation to work out then over a 2 year period of drinking with my friends and not wacthing what i eat and not working out i gained back all the weight that i lost now im in it till i reach my goal of 225 lbs i started at 314 lbs on june 1st right now i am at 301 its july 14 i finally understand that it is not going to happen over night and i finally got in my mind that it is a life style change and to make a life style change it not going to happen over night its more of a mathon not a sprint so this time im hoping to get there at that weight by june of next 08 i figure over a year time i should be able to reach my goal and this time im not going to quit working out after i get down i am going to conitune to work out
Go Titans.
