Heavy lifting being a main cause of hernias, especially when lifts are causing increased pressure in the intra-abdominal cavity.
1.Do people doing weighted ab exercises have greater risk of developing a hernia ?
2.How can i decrease the risk of developing a hernia while still performing weighted ab exercises ?
3.Should people performing weighted ab exercises use best form possible and lesser weight when performing such exercises which are likely to increase chances of getting a hernia ?
