I love that place too. It's a great source of protein but man, the fat and sodium are outta this world. Here's a nutritional calculator for Chipotle. It's pretty cool because you can create your burrito and see what you're consuming:

Half of the bun is definitely what you should be worried about on a triple burger, hahahah wow.
I am lucky enough to have a place called Tokyo Joes, they pride themsleves on having health food and have even sponsored a few competition here in Denver. I can go there and get actual grilled chicken(no added fat), sirloin, salmon, mahi mahi...etc on top of plain brown rice. Add some veggies and a little teriyaki sauce and it doesnt get much better than that. Wahoo's Fish tacos has a lot of healthy choices as well, I don't know if it a national chain or not though./\^/\^Misc Colorado Crew^/\^/\
