not sure if you have the same stuff over there but here I reccomend

Chicken fillet double meat, add bacon, southwest sauce, lettuce and capsicum.....lot of fat and sodium but eh good for the offseason

When I need a meal and there's nothing else around, I reluctantly get a subway sandwich: 6 Inch, Chicken Breast double meat.

Baja Fresh ain't too bad (Bare Burrito)

    I don't think I'll ever eat McDonald's anymore.

i'd say subway. a footlong turkey, ham and cheese sub without mayo will keep you going for a few hours. or you could ask for low fat mayo, i just have normal mayo, my metabolism is very fast.

I think it was in FLEX Magazine that Jay Cutler said that he like going to Wendy's because he could get a grilled chicken sandwich, and he would just take off the bread, and instead of frieds, he would get a baked potato.

I usually get subway... 12' double meat packs quite a bit of protein.

I also order McD McChickens without mayo as a dirty alternative.

while bulking i get a wendy's triple burger....pop the top bun off and have a side of baked potato instead of fries.........about 60grams of protein.....
Half of the bun is definitely what you should be worried about on a triple burger, hahahah wow.
I am lucky enough to have a place called Tokyo Joes, they pride themsleves on having health food and have even sponsored a few competition here in Denver. I can go there and get actual grilled chicken(no added fat), sirloin, salmon, mahi mahi...etc on top of plain brown rice. Add some veggies and a little teriyaki sauce and it doesnt get much better than that. Wahoo's Fish tacos has a lot of healthy choices as well, I don't know if it a national chain or not though.
