    Question Need Help

    Hey all. Well first off I just wanted to say thanks in advance to anyone who can help me. Well here it goes. I started working out on Sept 14, 2006. I weighed in at 213 lbs. I started doing cardio 7 days a week and lost weight fast, I was down to 150 by that x-mas. But it was in a bad way. I basically ate like 800cals or less a day and did all that cardio with some strength training. Now Im what you call skinny fat. I weight 149.6 currently. After many binges and fluctuations. I actually went back up to about 165 but it was pure fat. I've recently relaized the errror in my ways and am now more motivated more than ever. My goal is to reach 2500 cals a day with in the next few weeks, Im currently at about 2000 a day now. Which is a huge step up for me,. I was scared to eat pretty much. Now I do a full body circuit training workout mon-wens-fris. I run 4 miles on tues and thurs, and sat I do Interveral running. I wanted to give yall a average day of eating now for me too see how it adds up healthy wise. Any help would be greately appreciated. Thanks again.

    Breakfast 5:00 am -Yea Im in the Navy wake up early.
    1 cup of flax plus multribran cereal, 1 cup skim milk, 1 scoop whey. 1 slice natures own whole wheat bread, 1 tbl maranathas PB, 1/4c blueberries

    Mid-Morn snack - 8am
    1 yoplait non fat yogurt, 4 strawberries, 1 scoop ON whey

    lunch - 11 am
    1 chicken breast/or fish filet like tuna or halibut or cod, 3/4 c brown rice, 1c spinach, and some green red peppers or onions

    mid after noon snack 2pm - 1 orange, 1 serving of emeralds roated almond

    dinner 5pm
    2/3c quaker old fashioned oatmeal, 1 scoop ON whey, some fruit

    eve snack - 1cup milk, 1 scoop whey, some fruit, maybe 1tsp PB

    (somedays when im off i have the chicken/fish with rice and vegs for dinner, and ill make a chicken/fish wrap with 2 tbl avocado, 1 mission whole wheat tortilla, spinach, 2 tbl salsa..)

    I think you are on the right track. Just watch the fruit, a serving or 2 is fine, but you have it loaded throughout the day. Fruit is very high in sugar and IMO should be used in moderation. I would replace some of the fruit with a few servings of vegetables, broccoli is very good at filling you up (fiber) as well as other fiber filled veggies.

    Currently July,13th 5'11, 149.6lb not sure on body fat..
    Was 213lb Sept 14th 2006.
