well, i'd say a BIG NO.
i took ECY before HIIT swimming & biking before - slipped my mind. and for these occasons, ALL OF THEM SUCKED
my heart almost blew on me post HIIT.
DO NOT take EC with A or Y anything before HIIT! try to keep a 4 hour lapse before doing HIIT, if you must take EC.
otherwise, stick to slow cardio.
