anyone watch it? little freak that kid, shame his dad screwed him over big time from what the show said. he's turned out alright now i reckon
what's with the strange abs he's got? isn't that generally associated with growth hormones?

I watched the beginning before going to work....I cringed when seeing the mother stretching the little girls legs back and it was obviously hurting her...and I feel sorry for Richard...what a crappy childhood...being on a strict diet etc...eating pizza and other crap atleast once a week is one of my fondest memories...heh
His promoter said he has a 12pac.....yes...

yeah i agree about the little girl... yet the mother kept insisting that it was good for her and that she stopped when it was sore
did you see how the original promoter looks now? he should be on the training plan rather than richard, he's beyond being allowed to say that he's "bulking"

not as good as he looked originally but you could see some nice definition - his new promoter has done the world of good for him; told him he wasn't allowed to train for two months and he made him live like a kid and took him to all these activities and restaurants, the kid had never tasted most of the food before

I saw the documentary when it was shown in England a month or so ago.
Pretty freaky ****.
But the funniest bit by far was the kid trying to act, I've seen less wood in a porno movie which was shot in a forest...

it reminded me so much of a baywatch scene where everything was too over-dramatic.
anyone want to take a guess at what the "magic supplement" his dad was giving him was? remember that he did pass a drug test

Yeah his Dad was a psycho...
I have a great deal of sympathy for the poor little guy. It pleases me to see he is living a much better child hood now. Although, i guess it is another strength of him that despite all his Dad put him through, he is still some what of a psychologically normal kid.

I don't think anyone should be forced into bodybuilding. It should be the conscious decision of the person themselves.
Richard didn't nkow better, as he was too young to realise what his dad was really doing.

I think it was creatine and a slightly weaker anabolic.
No kid of that age can put on the muscle he had without testosterone.

good to see he passed drug tests easily, but still at that age supps and heavy training can't possibly be healthy
i am interested to see how he turns out in a decade or 2
yes, i laughed at the 12 pack thing too
"no carrots, too high in sugar" ... ... ... ... oooook
the whole documentary kinda lost it's edge when it went into the acting portions... his acting is lousy, but i don't give a **** about it anyway
mother (and father) are autocratic - harsh eh
still impressive... http://www.richardsandrak.com/Galleries/2.10.jpg

LOL....I remember when he said he could do 200lb Leg Presses or whatever, then got under the machine and moved it all of 4 inches about 10 times!
"OK, Rich, good set".
Oh man was I laughing.

That was a 500lb leg press, he benched 220lbs in the documentary.

Well... considering the kids 12 yrs old, wat did u expect to see?
I think the weirdest part was how his dad had him training 6 hrs a day, id love to know how you can make gains with that level of overtraining... Dont think we'll ever find out the answer to that
