how much can you shoulder press...
how much can you curl...
and now... how much can you dumbell hammer curl???
What in the ****?
Pretty soon it will get down to the point where someone asks what weight you do forearm curls and hyperextensions with.

I saw a guy dumbell "curl" 70's on the preacher the other day. His 4-inch ROM was awe inspiring. Honest to god he almost broke 45 degrees, almost! <3 my hero
