This Michal guy looks pretty f'n huge, and more than likely, bigger than most of the people on this board. I don't understand how some of you guyz can rag on his advice so easily.
I read the entire convo and it very much seems like he knows what he's talking about. I'm curious to know how you guys think that you are more knowledgable about bodybuilding than this huge guy. I guess there's the wee chance that you guys are bigger than him and I just haven't seen your pictures...

I actually enjoyed the post, and got some info from it. Michal and I were actually suppose to grab some lunch and hang out at the natural show in my town this past april.
