I drink the same amount of water as I do with no creatine!!! Yet I pee so much more while on the creatine

i empty my bladder a lot more because i drink at least 5 litres a day when on creatine, ive never heard it make you pee.
Creatine is suppose to take the water you drink and pump it into the muscles, hence less water in your bladder.

This happens to me when I first start creatine. But it goes away after a few weeks. Never could figure out why.Originally Posted by btown99

i only go more cuz i drink more water...even when im not on creatine i still piss like once every hour or two...i drink a lot of water.

Yeah, I get the same thing. I has nothing to do with any extra water I'm drinking. And there's no holding it in when I'm taking creatine monohydrate either, when I have to go, I have to go! The funny thing is I don't get this effect at all from CEE. Things like MAN clout and green magnitude are fine.

Dude you're complaining? I go to the bathroom 14 times in a day man. About 6-8 times while at the gym LOL. I drink a **** load of water too.
Everyday I'm in pain; good pain. If one cannot go through this pain period, forget it.

i do research in a lab, its a really s***s me when im half running/preparing my experiments and i need to piss. It feels like my kidneys are goona blow!

same here i pee like a race horse while on creatine
and to the OP: you should DRINK MORE water while your taking creatine then when you arent, not just the same amount.
