Id worry about the transfat, Dietary cholesterol has such a minimal if any effect on blood cholesterol levels. Infact the saturated fat and cholesterol in that burger will help your hormone levels out. By the way....i get more calories and cholesterol in my eggs lol
oo yea and keep an eye out for the high sodium levels, might make you bloat a little

Natural occurring trans fat in beef is fine.

I just want to be at 10%BF and keep muscles or even gain. But I've already spent like 1 hour deciding what to eat now! lol

Never know if it is natural or not. He never said where or how it was prepared.
To the OP there is a HUGE difference in natural and artificial transfat
Let us know how its made or where its made. We'll help you figure out if it is natural of artificial
*Edit--By the look at the sodium its made at a resturant and most likely is artificial (bad) trans fat

Either way 0.1g of trans fat is rather minimal.. I wouldnt even worry about it.. but its a processed junky hamburger thats a whole different story.
