I've heard things about monring, or night, and some say an 1hr before workout, can I get some insight from others.

Depends on how much 4AD you are taking. Unless experienced with the use of prohormones, never take more than 1200-1500 mg per day of prohormones. So if you are using 600 mg of 4AD , then you don't want to use more than 900 mg of 19Nor. YOu also want to split both doses up over the entire day. Say you end up taking 600 mg of each, then you would take 200 mg of each, three times a day at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Also, good time to note that 19Nor is very prone to side-effects. Its the only PH to date that actually made me lose some hair. I recommend Nor-diol as it is 10 times less hazardous side-effect wise and 3 times more active. Doses and use remain the same.

Little, but perhaps. You mean like take 1 dose 4AD, then 1 dose 19Nor 2.5 hours later, another dose 4AD 2.5 hours after that and so on ?
Yeah, there is some merit to that theory. Of course the question is how much will it benefit in real life and is it worth the inconvenience of taking 6 doses over 3 ?

Yep - Thats the one. Well hassle factor - if you're eating or shaking every 2.5 hours then to add something aint' too bad. One thing I wanted to ask you about is this...
I'm a hungry bastard - so to combat this - I do this
06:00am eat breakfast
08:00am shake (Just 1/2 scoop and milk 400mls-0.01 % fat light)
10:00am Same
12:00pm Same + potatoe
Train
02:00am Post workout drink with milk
04:00am Shake - (1/2 scoop with 400mls milk) + 1 slice toast
06:am Same
07:30pm light dinner
09:30 Shake (fuill scoop and 1 egg and 400mlm milk)
Bed
So I have twice as many protein shakes as most peole BUT with 1/2 as much powder. Kepps me going.
What do you think of that?

I would really add some more real food to your diet. You shouldn't base so much of your protein intake on just shakes and powders. You really aren't eating as much as you think, your drinking it. You need to eat real food, with carbs and good fats, not just milk and powder. If you are looking to bulk up, you really need to do this.

Breaks in Stacks
Been reading your PH articles again.... BC and I see how you've said that breaks in dosage is a big NO NO as it stuffs up the test levels more. One thing everyine far away is probalby aware of but I'm saying it anyway. This tiem of year is REALLY BAD for getting stuff via courier or mail. It usually takes a courier 1 week to get here - three weeks and I'm still waiting for some stuff I ordered ages ago. So if your'e part way throught any stack and you stuff doesn't arrive - AAAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHH. Therefore be warned about the delays. Sure it would be nice to order our complete stack/order at once but who has the money for that?
Maybe its still 3 days in The States?
